Payment option plan

Note: Applications that claim more than a year of child support arrears maybe subject to addition charges; and Motions to Change that deal with several years of income adjustments/child support are subject to additional charges.

Family Responsibility Matters

This package is either for a Response to a Warrant of Committal Motion brought by the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) or for a Response to a Default Hearing brought by FRO, it includes:
1 hour of legal advice
Response to either a Warrant of Committal Motion or Default Hearing
Facts supporting the payor's position
Instructions on filing and serving
Payment option plan

Note: in most circumstances, a Motion to Change should also be commenced along with the Response to the Warrant of Committal or Default Hearing, additional charges apply.
